We were delighted to be asked to carry out the following works for Stapleton Tyres on behalf of ISS
The works to the warehouse consisted of fire protection to mezzanine floors, fire protection to the perimeter of the building, and steel columns and beams. The works to the office complex consisted of new glazed screens, metal stud partitions, suspended ceiling, and all aspects of
joinery.
The entire project was one of our biggest and most successful, with the project handing over within budget on time and to the highest standard

The Archway team worked alongside Equans to develop the scheme in pre-construction to ensure costs and design were robust and met the client’s requirements.
Once on site, we were responsible for the construction of the SFS walls and roof to create the extension; we then built internal Fermacell walls, Ecophon ceilings, and fire protection for the steel beams through the penetrations, temporary screens, and painting.
This excellent project was completed on schedule and within budget.
